When Ben stumbles upon an old Nokia cell phone at a flea market, he expects little more than a blast of nostalgia. But once powered on, the phone connects him to a strange network—one filled with cryptic messages from “Heart Council,” “Neural Network,” and “Gut Collective,” each delivering insights and complaints about his life choices. Amused and intrigued, Ben plays along, consulting his quirky “micro councils” for advice on everything from relationships to caffeine intake.

But as the messages grow more specific—and unsettling—Ben finds himself pulled deeper into a cosmic mystery. A call from his “Higher Self” reveals unexpected truths, and a final message from the “Host” upends his understanding of reality itself. What if he’s not alone in his own body? And what if his life is part of a vast, cyclical web connecting worlds within and beyond himself?

The Universal Cellphone is a humorous, thought-provoking journey through the layers of consciousness, identity, and the strange beauty of interconnected existence.
